3. Take-home preview is illustrative only

The take-home preview applies a flat user-entered tax rate to gross compensation. Realised take-home depends on jurisdiction-specific tax brackets, social charges (PRSI, USC, NI, FICA, etc.), pension/superannuation contributions, and benefit deductions. For an actual paystub-equivalent figure, use a jurisdiction-specific payroll calculator or consult a qualified tax preparer.
